As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx) file format.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  • Maximum similarity index by Turnitin is 20%

Articles written for the FLUIDA journal are the results of laboratory research, simulation results of a problem, conceptual analysis (written problem-solving studies) about production processes, troubleshooting and maintenance as well as results of studies/evaluations of the performance of a process system.
1) Articles submitted to the FLUID Journal editorial team are original/own writing, never published in any form.
2) Authors who violate the provisions in point 1 (one) will be given a SANCTION and are not permitted to publish articles in the FLUIDA journal for 2 (two) consecutive years.
3) The substance of the article is outside the responsibility of the editorial team, everything related to licensing for quotation or other matters related to IPR is the responsibility of the article author.
4) The article does not conflict with societal norms,  religion, and does not cause social unrest.
5) Articles submitted and published in the FLUIDA journal are the property of the editor. Articles that are not published will not be returned, but can be resubmitted with corrections/revisions.
6)  In order to improve the quality of journal publications, we state that the maximum tolerance limit for the Turnitin application similarity index for each article in the FLUIDA Journal is 20% (twenty percent).

ARTICLES WRITING FORMAT:
1) Articles are written in English, typed using the Microsoft Word program, Georgian letters, size 11 pts with single space, 2 column formats with 1 cm column spacing. Page layout on A4 type paper with top/ bottom/left/right margins: 2.5/2.5/2.5/2.5 cm. Journal article length 6-10 pages. 
2) Registration and submission of articles is carried out via the address http://jurnal.polban.ac.id/index.php/kimia/user/register  by first registering as an Author.
3) The author's identity is stated in full in the registration form. In articles written by a team, the editor/editor only communicates with the main author or corresponding author. The article processing status can be seen in the author menu.
