This section provides essential information and guidelines for authors. We recommend that authors read them before submitting a manuscript to Jurnal Teknik Energi.

Writing Guideline

• Manuscripts submitted for review must contain a Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.
• Title is written in Times New Roman 14 Bold and consists of 3 lines at most.
• Abstract must contain the sections: introduction, research purposes, methodology, results, and conclusions. The length of the abstract is between 100-150 words with a proportional composition between the sections.
• Keywords contain up to five words.
• Introduction explains the important aspects of the article/research, and there must be a paper objective that shows the novelty/contribution of the research as references. It also contains background, a brief and systematic literature review, and objectives.
• The chapter describing the methodology should describe Research methods, tools and materials used, and the equations applied.
• Results and Discussion may be made into more than one chapter. Explain the novelty/contribution of the research in more detail in this chapter.
• The manuscript consists of a maximum of 15 pages.
• The references used must be at least 10 and published within the last 10 years
• Manuscripts that are accepted for publication must be written following the template provided, which can be downloaded Here.
• Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) form.

Submission Guideline

• Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out.
• Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.
• Manuscripts are submitted online by one of the authors through the Jurnal Teknik Energi website. The manuscript is in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
• The submitting author takes responsibility for the manuscript during the submission and peer review.
• The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the manuscript has been approved by all co-authors and meets the necessary institutional approvals.
• If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors permit editing of the manuscript for readability.
