About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The Indonesian Journal of Economics and Management (IJEM) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Accounting Department of Politeknik Negeri Bandung, Indonesia. IJEM focuses on a wide range of topics in economics and management, including but not limited to finance, accounting, banking, corporate governance, marketing, human resource management, and strategic management. The journal welcomes submissions from scholars, practitioners, and researchers globally, with a particular emphasis on fostering high-quality research from students and lecturers of the POLBAN Accounting Department, though contributions from external authors are also encouraged.

Publication Frequency

IJEM is published three times a year in March, July, and November.

Open Access Policy

IJEM is an open-access journal, meaning all content is freely available without charge to users or their institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, in accordance with the journal's open access policy.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal. Submission Guidelines

IJEM only accepts original manuscripts that have not been previously published in any language and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
