Focus and Scope

Indonesian Journal of Economics and Management aims to be the media for publishing empirical issues related to economics, business, and management studies. Indonesian Journal of Economics and Management invites manuscripts in some topics including human resource management, marketing management, operation management, innovation management, change management, finance management, human resource management, international business, organizational behaviour, accounting and finance. Indonesian Journal of Economics and Management’s main objective is disseminating empirical issues in business studies to broad audiences such as, but not exclusive to, academicians and business practitioners.
