Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of organizatiobal commitment, career development and performanceappraisal to intention to leave through job satisfaction. Samples were 200 respondents who are employees ofstar hotel in Malang. Measurements were performed by Likert scale questionnaire with 1-5 score degrees ofagreement from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The structure of relationships between variables wereanalyzed with SEM using AMOS 20. Most respondents education were diploma, 20-30 years and worked atthe hotel for 1-8 years. Modeling results explain that there is a direct effect of organizatiobal commitment,career development and performance appraisal on job satisfaction, especially from career development.Organizational commitment, career development and performance appraisal have indirect effect to intentionto leave through job satisfaction.
