Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of compensation and motivation on employees behavior productivityperformance.Descriptive and verificative analyses were used to answer the purpose postulated in this studyand path analysis was used as a means of analysis. There were 127 respondents from nine divisions of PTKereta Api Indonesia Bandung. Additionally, the data for this study were collected through stratifiedrandom sampling technique. The result of descriptive analysis revealed that compensation was positivelycorrelated with motivation. Compensation and motivation were correlated with productivity behavior. Theresult of verification analyses indicated that there was siqnificant influence, of compensation andmotivation, partially and both of them, on employee productivity behavior at PT KAI Bandung.
