Author Guidelines

Read the following submission guidelines with great care:

A. General Requirements

The International Journal of Applied Software Engineering, Multimedia, and Information System must adhere to the following minimum standard requirements:

  1. Composed in the English language.
  2. The length of the submitted paper must fall within the range of 12 to 16 pages.
  3. The editors will assess whether a manuscript requires an excess of 16 pages.
  4. Choose IEEE format and utilise a tool for reference management and formatting, such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote. Ensure your paper is formatted in accordance with the JASMIN paper template.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript ought to be formatted and presented in accordance with the following structure:

  1. Title. Aims, methodology/model, and objective of the research should be explicitly stated in the title of the document, devoid of any acronyms or abbreviations. The title of the article should contain as few words as feasible while still accurately summarizing its substance (Cambria, Center, Bold, 16pt)
  2. Abstract. Abstract: 100 to 250 words; absence of citations; Include the primary objective, research design, methodology, principal outcomes and results, and conclusions in the abstract.
  3. Section structure. It is recommended that authors arrange their articles in the following section structure: Conclusion; Introduction; Method; Results and Discussion;
  4. References. A minimum of 25 references is required, with at least eighty percent of those pertaining to journal articles published within the last five years.

In addition to the primary component, it is important to consider the supplementary elements, including:

  • AUTHORS: The author's names should be accompanied by the author's institutions, institutions address, and email addresses, without any academic titles and job titles.
  • KEYWORDS: The keyword list provides the opportunity to add 5 to 7 keywords, used by the indexing and abstracting services, in addition to those already present in the title.
  • The table should be numbered, for example, Table 1. Category. The description of the table (number and title of the table) must be placed in above of the table.
  • Images should be numbered, for example, Figure 1. Context Diagram. The description of the image (the number and the title of the image) must be placed in below of the image.
  • Mathematical formulas must be written clearly, number and information must be described in the formula.
